Qualifications

• 10+ years of wireless network design and deployment experience.
• Deep knowledge of IEEE 802.11ax/ac/n and cellular technologies.
• Proven RF planning, site surveys, and propagation modeling expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of wireless network solutions (Wi‑Fi, 4G/5G, and emerging tech).
• Translate business requirements into detailed network designs and implementation plans.
• Evaluate and recommend new wireless technologies, protocols, and equipment.
• Develop roadmaps and technical strategies for wireless evolution.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to ensure solution delivery.
• Provide expert technical consultation to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive wireless network solutions, including Wi-Fi, cellular (4G/5G), and emerging technologies.
• Translate business and technical requirements into detailed wireless network designs and implementation plans.
• Evaluate and recommend new wireless technologies, protocols, and equipment to enhance network capabilities.
• Develop technical strategies and roadmaps for wireless network evolution.
• Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide expert technical consultation and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct performance analysis, capacity planning, and optimization for wireless networks.
• Develop proof-of-concept (PoC) deployments and pilot projects for new wireless solutions.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in wireless network design, architecture, and deployment.
• Deep understanding of wireless standards (e.g., IEEE 802.11ax/ac/n, LTE, 5G NR) and protocols.
• Proven experience with RF planning, site surveys, and propagation modeling.
• Expertise in enterprise Wi-Fi solutions (e.g., Cisco Meraki, Aruba, Ruckus) and cellular technologies.
• Familiarity with network security principles and wireless security protocols (WPA3, EAP, RADIUS).
• Experience with network simulation and analysis tools.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CWNP, CCNA/CCNP Wireless) are highly desirable.
