Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in SCM, Logistics, Procurement, Operations Management or related field.
• 8–10 years' relevant supply chain experience, preferably in wine/beverage/FMCG/manufacturing.
• At least 5 years in a senior management/leadership role.
• Strong procurement, planning, inventory and logistics experience.
• Proven strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, solutions-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead procurement, inventory management, warehousing and logistics.
• Manage supplier relationships, ensuring competitive pricing and reliable supply.
• Develop demand and supply planning processes for product availability and stock optimisation.
• Oversee inventory management and accurate stock forecasting.
• Collaborate with Winemaking, Production, Finance, Sales and Marketing.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiencies.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with standards, legislation and industry requirements.
• Lead, mentor and develop the supply chain team.
• Identify and manage supply chain risks across suppliers, production, logistics and stock.
• Drive continuous improvement and best-practice implementations.
