Qualifications

• Proven experience in wine education, hospitality, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of viticulture, oenology, and South African wine regions.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead wine tastings and tours for individuals and groups.
• Educate guests on varietals, production methods, and terroir.
• Provide welcoming, informative guest experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of current vintages and releases.
• Represent the winery professionally at events.
