About the Role

Our client is a prominent operator and maintainer of wind farms across South Africa . We are seeking a qualified and experienced Wind Turbine Technician Supervisor to lead a team of technicians at our site near Paarl . This role requires hands-on supervision and technical expertise in the maintenance and repair of wind turbines. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the wind farm, overseeing scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and mentoring your team. The position demands a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, a commitment to safety protocols, and excellent leadership skills. This is a critical role for maintaining optimal energy generation from our wind assets in the Western Cape . The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical knowledge of wind turbine technology and the ability to manage daily operations effectively, ensuring maximum uptime and performance of the turbines.
