Job summary

Smollan South Africa is seeking a sales manager with 3-5 years of FMCG experience at a managerial or supervisory level to lead our field teams. You will drive promotional activity, monitor innovations, and manage stakeholder engagement, while delivering on targets.

Requirements include a relevant Diploma or Degree (NQF 6–7), a Code 8 driver's license, strong leadership, planning and negotiation skills, and proven communication and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years sales experience in FMCG environment at a managerial/ supervisory level.
• Relevant Diploma/Degree at NQF level 6 or 7
• Code 8 Driver’s license
