Job summary

dhk Architects seeks an Interior Designer / Architect / Wellness Designer & Business Development to lead spa, hydrothermal and wellness environments within TLEE Spas + Wellness projects in Cape Town. The role blends architectural and interior design with wellness expertise, delivering aesthetically compelling and operationally sound spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience leading spa, hydrothermal and wellness design for luxury hospitality.
• Ability to coordinate with MEP engineers, contractors and project teams.
• Strong portfolio in spa, hospitality or wellness projects preferred.
• SACAP registration or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead wellness design initiatives from concept to construction documentation.
• Translate wellness philosophies into spatial and architectural solutions.
• Ensure circulation, adjacencies and guest journey support
• Provide construction administration oversight and site visits.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with consultants.
• Drive business development with developers, hotels, resorts and safari lodges.
