Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Wellness Warehouse experience as a Sales Assistant.
• Applicable Wellness Academy Foundation Training & Specialization Training.
• Fully computer literate.
• Perfect written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.
• Competency assessment achieved.

Responsibilities

• Approach all customers, greet, smile and offer assistance.
• Identify customer needs to provide optimal experience.
• Take responsibility for serving the customer and finding solutions to customers’ queries.
• Meet customers needs by asking, listening to and advising customers as to options/services/products.
• Offer alternatives to the customer if merchandise is not available.
• Achieve sales and unit targets.
• Know what new lines and promotions have come into the store.
• Follow opening & closing procedures.
• Ensure all merchandising principles are in place and every item is ticketed.
• Ensure accurate stock counts & checking of product expiry dates.
• Cash handling - assist at point of sale and with cash ups.
