Job summary

HotelJobs is seeking an experienced wellness professional to lead a luxury guest wellness program in a remote Botswana camp. The role combines day-to-day management of the wellness facility with developing innovative experiences that merge treatments with nature, movement, mindfulness and personalised guest journeys.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in wellness or luxury hospitality.
• Recognised therapy qualification with proven high-end treatment delivery.
• Experience in luxury spa, wellness retreat, or destination resort.
• Strong people management: coaching, motivating, accountability.
• Experience creating and implementing new wellness programmes and experiences.
• Solid understanding of current international wellness trends and concepts.
• Hands-on leadership with attention to detail and guest service excellence.
• Comfort working independently in a remote camp environment.
