Job summary

Profile Personnel seeks an experienced Welder/Boilermaker to join its maintenance team. The role focuses on arc, MIG and TIG welding, fabrication, and repair of plant equipment.

You will read drawings, perform maintenance welding and repairs, and ensure safety and quality. Overtime and shifts may be required; coded welder certification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Trade-tested welder or boilermaker certification required.
• Experience with ARC, MIG and TIG welding.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience in maintenance welding and fabrication in a manufacturing environment.
• Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces and at heights.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience performing maintenance welding, repairs and fabrication on plant equipment.

• Physically fit and comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Reliable, disciplined and able to work effectively within a maintenance team.

• Willingness to work overtime, standby duties and shifts when required.
