Job summary

MPRTC in South Africa seeks a qualified Millwright or Electrician to join our maintenance team in Mpumalanga. The role requires an electrical background and proven ability to troubleshoot large installations.

Applicants should have at least 5 years hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems, SCADA and PLC control knowledge, and a valid Wiremans License or be studying towards one. Preference for 26D/Section 13.

Qualifications

• Qualified Millwright or Electrician with completed apprenticeship.
• Valid Section 13 or 26D Wiremans License preferred, or currently studying towards
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in maintenance of large electrical and mechanical installations
• Strong electrical background with proven ability to troubleshoot accurately and efficiently
• Experience with SCADA and PLC control systems, as well as field control instrumentation (5 years preferred, advantageous)
