Job summary

Innovation Advance Group is seeking an organised Internal Sales & Project Support for Benoni, focusing on water treatment components and project requirements. You will prepare quotes, manage costings, and support the full project lifecycle from quote to handover.

The role involves liaising with sales and technical teams, visiting sites after quotes are accepted, and maintaining accurate project documentation. A driver’s licence and own vehicle are preferred for occasional site visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in water treatment or similar technical environment.
• Proficient in Excel and costings templates.
• Understanding of water treatment components and systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotes and costings using Excel templates.
• Assist customers with selecting correct components for water treatment systems.
• Provide internal sales support, respond to enquiries, and follow up on quotes.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure correct specifications.
• Maintain organised records of quotes, orders, and project documentation.
• Visit client sites when required to support project handover or gather information.
• Build strong relationships with customers through knowledgeable support.
• Continuously learn and develop product knowledge.
