Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking a seasoned civil project manager in the Western Cape to lead complex construction initiatives from planning to completion. You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders while tracking progress, quality, costs, and schedules.

The role requires extensive experience with water-retaining concrete structures and projects such as WWTW, deep pump stations, and reservoirs. Strong scheduling skills (MS Project or Candy) are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years' experience in civil construction.
• Strong experience with water-retaining concrete structures.
• Proven experience on WWTW, deep pump station, and reservoir projects.
• Experience delivering at least 2-3 similar projects valued above R30 million.
• Strong project planning and scheduling skills, including MS Project or Candy.

• Manage civil construction projects from planning through to completion.
