Job summary

Badger Holdings (Pty) Ltd is seeking a sales professional to manage and engage with leads from dealerships and internal channels. You will conduct outbound calls to present and sell warranty products, perform timely follow-ups, and track leads throughout the sales cycle.

You will promote warranties tailored to customer needs, clearly explain features, benefits and pricing, handle objections, and aim to exceed sales targets while collaborating with dealership partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage and engage with leads from dealerships and internal sales channels
• Conduct outbound calls to present and sell warranty products
• Ensure timely follow-ups to maximise conversion rates
• Track and manage leads throughout the sales cycle
• Promote and sell warranty products tailored to customer needs
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing
• Handle objections effectively and close sales
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell warranties to existing and new clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Conduct needs analysis based on vehicle type and age
