The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a supervisory role within a warehouse, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of warehouse processes and basic MS Office/WMS tools.

About the Role

Our client, a leading distribution company, is looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to supervise and coordinate the activities of a warehouse team in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, and dispatch. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a warehouse team.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor workflow and productivity, identifying and addressing any bottlenecks.
• Ensure all warehouse activities are conducted in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with training new team members and ongoing skill development.
• Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
• Participate in inventory counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements
