The ideal candidate has proven supervisory experience in warehousing, strong understanding of inventory control and WMS, and a track record of improving safety and productivity while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics is a plus.
• Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or team lead, preferably with night shift.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, and WMS.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
• Strong understanding of health and safety protocols in a warehouse setting.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
