Job summary

Scholtz Partners International in Bloemfontein is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations and staff. You will lead picking and scanning, ensure pallets are loaded and stacked safely, and maintain efficient storage and inventory processes.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience and 5 years in a warehouse setting; a forklift license and SA driver's license are essential. Familiarity with ISO 22000 is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Hold a National Senior Certificate or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
• Valid Forklift License – ESSENTIAL.
• Valid South African driver's license and own transport.
• Must be legally entitled to work in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage warehouse staff
• Oversee picking and scanning of products
• Ensure pallets are correctly loaded and stacked
• Maintain efficient storage and inventory processes
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and food safety standards
• Monitor daily warehouse activities and staff performance
