About the Role

You will play a crucial part in optimizing warehouse processes and ensuring efficiency in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping of all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a secure and hazard-free working environment.
• Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a team lead role within a warehouse environment.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety standards.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics is a plus.
