Job summary

Synergy Jobs (Pty) Ltd in Randburg is seeking a Receiving & Dispatching Clerk to manage daily inventory movements, assist with packing and dispatching orders for collection or delivery, and maintain warehouse housekeeping.

The role requires at least 2 years in warehouse or distribution, Grade 12, ability to lift up to 40 kg, and proficiency with forklifts/pallet jacks. Expect monthly pay of R10,000–R12,000, with probation and standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education.
• At least 2 years’ warehouse or distribution experience.
• Ability to lift up to 40 kilograms and operate basic handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries and verify shipment accuracy.
• Sort, count, label, log inventory and prepare waybills for dispatch.
• Pack, box and label customer orders for collection or courier delivery.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse area and follow SOPs.
