About the Role

Our client is looking for dedicated and efficient Warehouse Pickers & Packers to join their busy distribution center in Mossel Bay, Western Cape . This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing them securely for shipment, and ensuring all items are accounted for. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy. This role is crucial to ensuring timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. You will be an integral part of the operational team in Mossel Bay , contributing directly to the flow of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer order lists.
• Pack items carefully and securely into appropriate shipping containers.
• Verify order accuracy to ensure all items and quantities match the order details.
• Apply shipping labels and necessary documentation to packages.
• Operate manual and powered equipment for moving goods within the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the picking and packing areas.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts as needed.
• Identify and report any damaged or defective products.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.

• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 20kg).
