About the Role

Our client, a fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment center, is seeking dependable and energetic Warehouse Associates to join their night shift operations in Mossel Bay, Western Cape . This role is crucial for the efficient processing of orders, ensuring that products are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
• Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Conduct inventory checks and cycle counts as required.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
• Identify and report any damaged or missing inventory.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience is an asset but not strictly required; training will be provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry for extended periods, including lifting up to 20kg.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Must be available to work the night shift in Mossel Bay, Western Cape .
• Basic understanding of inventory management principles is beneficial.
