Job Title: Warehouse Operations Specialist

Location: Paarl, Western Cape

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our client’s team in Paarl, Western Cape. The Warehouse Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and coordinating all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
  • Supervising warehouse staff and providing training and support as needed
  • Developing and implementing warehouse procedures and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensuring all inventory is organized and maintained accurately in the warehouse
  • Monitoring and optimizing warehouse space utilization
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
  • Performing regular audits of inventory and warehouse procedures
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement in warehouse operations
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
Requirements
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Diploma / Degree in Warehousing and Logistics is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations
  • Proven experience in managing and supervising warehouse staff
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed
