Our client, a leading e-commerce fulfillment center, is looking for a diligent and efficient Warehouse Associate to join their busy team in Polokwane, Limpopo . This is an entry-level position focused on the accurate and timely picking and packing of customer orders. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, possess a strong work ethic, and have a keen eye for detail to ensure order accuracy and efficient warehouse operations. You will be an integral part of the team responsible for getting products to customers quickly and correctly. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
• Efficiently pack items into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring they are secure and protected.
• Verify order details against picked items to ensure accuracy before packing.
• Label packages correctly with shipping information.
• Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment as directed.
• Report any damages, discrepancies, or equipment issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily picking and packing targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail picking/packing role is advantageous but not required.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20kg, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
• Must be able to work the assigned shift, which may include weekends.
