This is an essential hands-on role responsible for accurately picking orders and preparing them for shipment, ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using a scanner and/or pick list, ensuring all items and quantities are correct.
• Pack orders securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection during transit.
• Label packages accurately for shipment, including shipping and return addresses.
• Perform quality checks on picked items and packed orders to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
• Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory within the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and contribute to general warehouse housekeeping.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely as required.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, reporting any hazards or incidents immediately.
• Meet or exceed daily picking and packing productivity targets.
