Kabstrading Co. in Newcastle, KwaZulu-Natal, is seeking a practical team member to support client onboarding, verify details, handle payments with Accounts, resolve orders and queries, and provide product information.

The role covers warehouse operations: receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, stock counts (FIFO), and maintaining a clean, safe environment in line with OHASA; events support is also required.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and contact new Clients; maintain feedback reports.
• Verify Clients information and update banking details.
• Handle Hub payments and liaise with Accounts.
• Resolve queries (orders, short deliveries, payments, etc.).
• Provide product and service information professionally.
• Maintain Call Logs, Query Logs and generate reports.
• Process qualification orders, PV/BV transfers and commission calculations.
• Assist with month‑end sorting, collating, packing and distribution.
• Receive, pick, pack, check and dispatch goods according to SOPs.
• Ensure correct shipping to Africa and export shipments.
• Load/off‑load trucks and containers.
• Conduct daily/monthly stock counts and ensure FIFO stock rotation.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Comply with OHASA regulations, including working at heights up to 12 metres.
• Assist with events.
