• Present menus and make recommendations based on guests' preferences
• Take and serve food and beverage orders
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in delivering orders to guests
• Handle any special requests or dietary restrictions
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Handle payments and process orders through the POS system
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers
• Build and maintain relationships with guests to ensure their satisfaction
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required by the company
