Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Markets Compliance Officer to lead compliance risk management across Sub-Saharan Africa, Israel and Mauritius, based in Johannesburg. You will advise on JSE and OTC regulations, collaborate with LOBs and regional teams, and act as SME for multiple regulatory frameworks including Banks Act and FAIS.

Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. The role requires deep regulatory knowledge, ability to engage with regulators, and experience in risk

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with professional certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of compliance or related risk management experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory landscape in the financial services sector (JSE, FAIS, FM Act etc.).
• Experience dealing with regulators and industry forums is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive compliance coverage across multiple areas and act as SME for specific regulations.
• Execute governance, regulatory management, regulator engagements, policies, training, monitoring, and risk assessment.
• Develop CRMPs and maintain regulatory inventories; manage registrations for regulated roles.
• Analyze issues, design solutions, and quantify financial impact; prepare management presentations for regulators.
