Qualifications

• Proven experience in volunteer management, human resources, or a leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, motivate, and manage volunteers effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency with volunteer management software and standard office applications.
• A deep understanding of non-profit operations and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of all volunteer activities and programs.
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing volunteers.
• Foster a positive and engaging volunteer environment, addressing concerns and recognizing contributions.
• Collaborate with program staff to identify volunteer needs and match volunteers to appropriate roles.
• Maintain accurate volunteer records, including hours, assignments, and performance feedback.
