You will design orientation programs, track hours, generate reports, and cultivate strong volunteer relationships, contributing to impactful youth outcomes and organisational success in the North West region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in volunteer management, community engagement, or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to recruit volunteers from diverse backgrounds for Rustenburg programs.
• Design and deliver comprehensive volunteer orientation and training.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the volunteer program, including scheduling and support.
• Cultivate relationships with volunteers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Create and implement recognition programs for volunteer contributions.
• Track volunteer hours, manage databases, and generate reports on engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with program staff to identify volunteer needs and match volunteers to roles.
• Promote volunteer opportunities via social media and community outreach.
• Address volunteer concerns and resolve conflicts professionally.
