Placements24 is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator and Engagement Lead for their Mahikeng, North West operations. You will recruit, onboard, train and supervise a growing base of volunteers to support program needs.

The role focuses on engaging volunteers, enhancing retention, and aligning efforts with organizational goals while working in a hybrid environment that combines remote administration with on-site coordination.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Social Work, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of volunteer management, recruitment, or coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse communities.
• Excellent organization and record-keeping abilities.

• Develop and implement volunteer recruitment strategies.
• Screen, interview, and onboard volunteers.
• Provide training, support, and supervision to volunteers.
• Develop and manage volunteer schedules and coverage for programs.
