Job summary

Exceed Human Resource Consultants seeks an experienced viticulture professional to plan and oversee vineyard production across the growing season. You will manage soil, irrigation, pruning, and harvest planning to optimise grape quality and yield.

The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of modern viticulture practices, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and sustainability standards are met.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Viticulture, Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of vineyard management, irrigation, soil management, plant nutrition, crop protection, and harvest planning.
• Experience with production planning, data analysis, and modern viticulture practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and farm management systems.
• Valid driver’s licence.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in viticulture.
