Job summary

Dis-Chem Pharmacies is recruiting a Health Consultant for the Vitamins and Supplements section on the South Coast. You will promote and sell health-focused products through consistent customer service, assist customers, and help maintain displays and stock levels.

The role requires Grade 12, 6 months of health/vitamin sales experience, strong English, MS Office literacy, numerical skills, and flexibility for retail hours.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is essential.
• Minimum 6 months’ sales experience in vitamins/health.
• Strong command of English.
• Computer literate – MS Office.
• Sound numerical skills.
• Willing and able to work retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist and advise customers, ensuring high levels of customer care.
• Assist with back shopping to maintain department/store operations.
• Keep health-focused displays stocked and faced up.
• Report price discrepancies to management.
• Adhere to Health Department layouts and merchandising guidelines.
• Implement promotional displays and meet monthly targets.
• Stay updated on new products and product lines.
• Follow stock control and weekly returns procedures.
