Essential requirements include Matric, at least 6 months’ sales experience in a vitamins/health environment, strong English, MS Office, and good numerical skills, with willingness to work retail hours.

Advantaged: BSc Biomedicine/ Biotechnology or health-focused qualification.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• Minimum of 6 months’ sales experience in a Vitamins/Health environment.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Computer literate – MS Office.
• Sound numerical skills.
• Willing and able to work retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist and advise customers, ensuring high levels of customer care and service.
• Assist with back shopping to ensure smooth department operation.
• Keep health focus displays stocked and faced up.
• Report price discrepancies to management as they appear.
• Follow store layouts and implement promotional displays.
