Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Creative Visual Merchandising Manager to oversee the aesthetic presentation and in-store experience for Rustenburg locations. You will conceptualize and implement merchandising strategies aligned with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns to boost foot traffic and sales.

The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong retail trend knowledge, and the ability to translate concepts into impactful in-store environments across the North West region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar retail role.
• Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and commercially effective displays.
• Strong understanding of retail store design principles and consumer behavior.
• Excellent artistic flair, creativity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual merchandising plans and strategies for all store locations.
• Create window displays, in-store layouts, and product presentations to drive sales.
• Collaborate with marketing and buying teams to align displays with launches and promotions.
• Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and execution.
• Manage the budget for materials and props, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of retail design trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
