Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Retail Merchandiser or Visual Merchandiser, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, color theory, and spatial design.
• Excellent creativity, artistic ability, and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into effective retail displays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual merchandising plans aligned with brand strategy and marketing initiatives.
• Create compelling product displays, window designs, and in-store presentations to maximize sales.
• Oversee the implementation of merchandising standards across the store, ensuring consistency and brand appeal.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine merchandising strategies and optimize product placement.
• Collaborate with store management and buying teams to plan product launches and promotional activities.
