Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar creative retail role.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and space planning.
• Excellent creativity and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into compelling visual displays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with store teams.
• Proficiency in using design software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative visual merchandising plans for the retail store.
• Create attractive product displays, window designs, and in-store signage.
• Ensure all visual merchandising standards are maintained consistently across the store.
• Collaborate with store management and sales teams to align visual strategies with promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Update and refresh displays regularly to maintain customer interest and reflect current trends.
• Manage and organize visual merchandising materials and props.
