Job summary

Qualifications

• Matric Certification is required.
• 2-3 years visual merchandising experience in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of global Visual Merchandising standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Cascade information from Regional VM Manager to Store Manager and staff via training and meetings.
• Drive sales through VM by analysing stock delivery and KPI trends.
• Ensure windows, mannequins, lighting, cleanliness and price communication meet adidas standards.
• Lead and develop store staff, organize work plans and tasks.
