About the Role

This role is integral to enhancing the in-store shopping experience by creating visually engaging displays that attract customers and drive sales. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably within the retail sector.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative visual merchandising designs and executions.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial arrangement.
• Proficiency in visual display techniques and knowledge of various materials and fixtures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
• Ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into impactful visual concepts.
• Detail-oriented with a strong organizational aptitude and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of retail trends and customer shopping behaviors.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends, as needed for store setups and events in Mossel Bay, Western Cape .
