Formación

• PhD in pharmacology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or related field.
• At least 10 years in drug discovery research within pharma/biotech.
• Proven leadership and mentorship of scientific teams.
• Strong track record of publications and patents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary research teams identifying and validating drug targets.
• Develop and execute research strategies from target ID to lead optimization.
• Design and oversee in vitro and in vivo studies for efficacy and safety.
• Analyze complex data and guide project progression decisions.
• Collaborate with academia and CROs to advance programs.
• Author publications, patents, and regulatory documents.
• Present findings at conferences and internal reviews.
• Shape strategic direction of the drug discovery portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with ethical, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
