Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary research teams focused on identifying and validating novel drug targets and therapeutic pathways.

Requirements

• PhD in Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a closely related life science field.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in drug discovery research within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage and mentor scientific teams.
• Extensive knowledge of multiple therapeutic areas and drug discovery modalities.
• Strong track record of scientific innovation, evidenced by publications, patents, and successful project outcomes.
• Expertise in designing and interpreting complex biological assays and experimental models.
• Excellent understanding of PK/PD relationships and ADME properties.
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
