Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 8+ years in architectural practice with 3+ years in lead role.
• Experience delivering sustainable residential projects.
• Proficiency in green certifications (e.g., LEED, Green Star SA) is a plus.
• Proficient in BIM (Revit), AutoCAD and related tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Eligible to practice architecture in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of sustainable housing from concept to construction.
• Ensure designs meet environmental standards and energy efficiency.
• Mentor a team of architects and designers.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and regulators.
• Develop detailed plans and material specs focused on sustainability.
