You will mentor junior staff, guide design teams, and ensure delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions that meet client objectives and exceed standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 10 years of architectural design experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions.
• Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and development of innovative architectural designs for diverse projects.
• Oversee and guide design teams throughout all project phases, ensuring adherence to design vision and quality standards.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and manage expectations.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, planning regulations, and sustainability principles.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster growth and excellence.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, maintaining high design integrity.
