Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Virtual Event Producer to join its fully remote Arts & Entertainment team. You will lead end-to-end planning, execution, and management of online events from anywhere, delivering engaging experiences for global audiences.

You will work with cutting-edge platforms, collaborate with artists and sponsors, and ensure high-quality delivery through strong project management, communication, and problem-solving in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years in event production, with at least 2 years virtual or hybrid experience.
• Proven expertise with Hopin, Bizzabo, vFairs and live streaming technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of virtual events from concept to post-event analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
