Placements24 is recruiting a Remote Advanced Skincare & Dermal Therapy Specialist to provide expert virtual consultations from anywhere. You will develop sophisticated treatment plans for complex skin concerns, leveraging your dermal science expertise and telehealth experience.

The role requires a higher-level Dermal Therapy qualification, 5+ years of experience, and SA licensure, with autonomy to manage cases remotely and contribute to clinical education resources.

Qualifications

• Higher-level qualification in Dermal Therapy or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of advanced skincare experience.
• Proven record handling complex skin conditions.
• Licensed/registered as required in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual consultations to diagnose and assess skin conditions.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based dermal therapy treatment plans.
• Provide expert guidance on skincare ingredients, technologies and their application.
• Educate clients on treatment protocols, outcomes and post-treatment care.
• Monitor client progress remotely through virtual check-ins and data analysis.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals within the virtual clinic network.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records of assessments and plans.
• Stay current with latest research and advancements in dermatology and dermal therapies.
