Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years as a licensed aesthetician or in a similar advanced skincare role.
- Expert in advanced facial treatments, chemical peels, and non-invasive procedures.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology and dermatology.
- Excellent virtual communication and client education skills.
- Able to work autonomously and manage a remote client base.
- Holds a valid esthetics license/certification.
Responsibilities
- Perform virtual skin analyses and consultations to identify client needs.
- Design and recommend personalized treatment protocols using advanced skincare.
- Educate clients on product usage and ingredients for long-term skin health.
- Develop digital content related to aesthetic treatments and skincare.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans via remote follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
