Placements24 is seeking a Senior Skincare & Aesthetics Consultant for a fully remote role within South Africa. You will provide expert virtual support, craft personalized skincare routines, and advise on aesthetic procedures while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in client-facing beauty roles, strong dermatology knowledge, and excellent remote communication.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in a client-facing role within beauty, skincare or aesthetics.
• Deep understanding of dermatology principles, skin types and treatments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to explain complex concepts.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clients remotely.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools and strong time management.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-depth virtual consultations to assess skincare needs and goals.
• Develop personalized regimens and recommend products/services.
• Educate clients on skincare science, ingredients and treatment benefits.
• Provide guidance on pre- and post-treatment care.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in dermatology.
• Collaborate with marketing/product teams and support content creation.
• Manage client relationships with follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
