Qualifications

• National Diploma in Veterinary Technology or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience in a clinical or hospital veterinary surgical setting.
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia protocols and aseptic techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and sterilize surgical suites and instruments per protocol.
• Assist veterinarians during procedures by maintaining sterile fields and handling instruments.
• Administer and monitor anesthesia, ensuring patient stability.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative monitoring.
• Maintain accurate digital records of procedures and patient data.
• Manage inventory and ensure equipment functionality.
