Qualifications

• Experience as Logistics Coordinator or in a similar supply chain role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and transport modes.
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant qualification in SCM, Logistics, or Business Admin advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, scheduling shipments and tracking deliveries.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers for efficient movement of goods.
• Maintain records of shipments, inventory, and delivery status.
• Process shipping documents such as bills of lading, declarations, and invoices.
• Resolve delays, damages, or discrepancies promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve inventory management and replenishment.
