NHS Grampian is seeking a Ventilation & Pressure Systems Lead to govern and assure ventilation and pressure systems across our healthcare estate. You will provide expert technical guidance to senior managers, estates teams and contractors, ensuring compliance with current legislation and NHS guidance.

You will develop policies, audit programmes and safe systems of work while leading investigations, risk assessments and improvement programmes to enhance safety and reliability across the estate.

Formación

• Degree-level qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering with substantial experience in a complex engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of engineering compliance, governance and risk management.
• Excellent communication of technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead governance, assurance and statutory compliance for ventilation and pressure systems across the healthcare estate.
• Provide expert technical advice and assurance to senior managers, estates teams and contractors.
• Develop engineering policies, compliance frameworks and audit programmes.
• Evaluate engineering risks, analyse compliance data and lead technical investigations.
• Support investment decisions with robust technical evidence.
