CBC Recruitment Solutions in Northwest, South Africa, is seeking a Business Development Manager – Vendor Finance to drive new business growth. The role focuses on establishing and expanding relationships with re-sellers and vendors while promoting leasing and vendor finance solutions.

You will identify market opportunities, generate leads and negotiate terms, delivering training to partners to boost engagement and revenue in a commercial finance environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset finance, vendor finance, leasing or related commercial finance environments.
• Knowledge of Leasing, Hire Purchase and Business Loans.
• Strong business development and account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with manufacturers, distributors and vendors across sectors.
• Create and execute a targeted new business development strategy.
• Identify market opportunities and grow a strong sales pipeline.
• Generate leads through meetings, networking, social selling and industry events.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to identify target sectors and customers.
• Present and promote leasing and vendor finance solutions to partners.
• Conduct meetings, presentations and negotiations.
• Deliver product and sales training to partners to increase engagement.
