Job summary

Stellantis South Africa, in partnership with the Nelson Mandela Bay Business Chamber, invites unemployed youth to join the Vehicle Sales Executive Trainee Programme. This 12-month paid programme starts with 3 months of training in Johannesburg, followed by 9 months of workplace learning and dealership placement across 1 of 6 provinces.

You will receive mentorship from industry professionals and a monthly stipend, with accommodation and transport provided during the Johannesburg phase.

Qualifications

• Must be unemployed youth aged 18-35.
• Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• Valid Code 8 driver's licence required.
• Passion for vehicles and sales; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month paid programme.
• Receive 3 months of training in Johannesburg.
• Complete 9 months of workplace integrated learning and job placement at Stellantis dealerships in 1 of 6 provinces.
• Progress into a Sales Executive role after completion.
